BIO

Tara graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Western Colorado University. She earned her Master’s degree in Health and Exercise Science at Wake Forest University. Tara is an ACSM-certified exercise physiologist and has four years of experience working in various cardiopulmonary rehabilitation settings. Tara enjoys instilling lifelong healthy habits in her patients.
