Bio
Dr. Kelsea Loveless-Hoffman began practicing pediatrics at Aspen Valley Health (AVH) in 2026 and has been passionate about supporting children and families from the very beginning. She is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, with a special interest in guiding families through the first year of a newborn’s life. As a certified lactation counselor, she enjoys helping mothers and babies navigate the early weeks of breastfeeding, when support can make all the difference.
Dr. Loveless-Hoffman also provides behavioral health care, including support for children with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism and related conditions. She is certified in both Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), ensuring she is well prepared to care for children in a variety of settings. Her love for pediatrics is rooted in the meaningful, long-term relationships she builds with families—often beginning at birth and continuing through adolescence. She completed medical school and her pediatric residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, finishing her training in 2020.
Before medical school, Dr. Loveless-Hoffman lived in nearby Salida, where she spent her time mountain biking, rafting, camping and working at her cousin’s bike shop. After residency, she and her husband Kevin chose to return to Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley to put down roots and raise their family. They feel grateful to be raising their sons in a close-knit community with abundant access to the outdoors. Outside of medicine, she enjoys joining her family in the outdoors, playing volleyball and reading. She was drawn to AVH for its commitment to excellence and supportive, team-oriented environment that encourages both personal and professional growth.
