CBC (Complete Blood Count): $32
This screening provides a general picture of overall blood health, and it checks for infection, anemia and early signs of leukemia.
PLEASE NOTE: This stand-alone CBC test does not require fasting.
Hemoglobin A1C: $44
Hemoglobin A1C is a test that measures the amount of glycated hemoglobin in your blood. Glycated hemoglobin is a substance in red blood cells that is formed when blood sugar (glucose) attaches to hemoglobin. Hemoglobin A1C monitors a person’s glucose control over the last 2–3 months. It does not require fasting and is recommended for anyone with a family history of diabetes.

This means no food in the 12 hours prior to your blood draw. You may consume water or black coffee and it is okay to brush your teeth as usual.
hsCardio CRP: $42
Elevated levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein can indicate vascular (artery and vein) inflammation, which may be helpful in assessing risk of developing heart disease, cardiovascular disease or other processes involving inflammation. It does not require fasting.

PSA, Total: $47
PSA testing may be beneficial in detecting abnormal conditions of the prostate gland. Men who have increased risk for prostate cancer should start testing earlier (such as American men of African descent and men with a family history of the disease) usually at age 40 or 45. Elevated PSA levels may indicate a non-cancerous swelling of the prostate, an infection of the prostate, and in some cases, prostate cancer. It does not require fasting.

T3, Free: $32
A free triiodothyronine (T3, free) test is used to assess thyroid gland function. It is typically ordered along with a TSH and Free T4 test.

This means no food in the 12 hours prior to your blood draw. You may consume water or black coffee and it is okay to brush your teeth as usual.

T4 is a hormone produced in the thyroid gland. T4 levels are important, because T4 increases numerous substances that produce energy for the body. T4 levels are tested to help evaluate thyroid gland function and help diagnose hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.

By registering for these laboratory tests, you acknowledge the screening results provided to you are preliminary in nature and are not conclusive. You further understand the screening is not diagnostic, and it could fail to detect certain abnormalities that might be detected by more definitive screenings; or it might detect apparent abnormalities that would be found normal with more conclusive testing. For a complete medical diagnosis of any medical condition you may have, you understand that you need to be examined by your personal healthcare provider.
