For over a century, we have been committed to the community we serve and are proud to offer members of this year-long program a comprehensive view of their whole-health with expert insights from AVH providers. Prevention and wellness are the cornerstones of the Longevity and Wellness program’s services which include: health assessments, laboratory testing, lifestyle and nutrition counseling, hormone and metabolic evaluations and other wellness interventions intended to support vitality, health span and quality of life.

You don’t have to do this on your own. As your partners in health, our Longevity and Wellness team meets you where you are on your health journey. Through comprehensive assessments, advanced testing, meaningful biomarker tracking and early risk detection, we work with you to create a tailored health analysis and longevity blueprint that is aligned with your goals and empowers life-long wellness. With this personalized service, you can easily share your results with your primary care provider or longevity medicine specialist to support coordinated care and targeted strategies for long-term health optimization.

Program Highlights

By becoming a member of the Longevity and Wellness program, your annual payment opens access to quarterly lab tests administered by AVH and its partners, skilled provider support with a tailored health analysis and quarterly review sessions, biannual nutritionist visits and a customized longevity blueprint aligned with your goals. Plus, the MyChart app offers members their test results and personalized program information all in one place for easy access and shareability across your healthcare team.

Please note: The Longevity and Wellness program is a cash pay service offered by AVH. Any lab or diagnostic tests or specialist follow up needed due to incidental findings would be referred to the member’s primary care provider for further management and billed to their insurance.

Comprehensive Testing to Guide Your Path

Program Eligibility, Annual Payment, HSA and FSA Eligible

Individuals 21+ are eligible to take part in the Longevity and Wellness program. The program’s annual cost is $2,750 per member. This is a cash pay cost and is HSA and FSA eligible. AVH will not submit to insurance. Full program access begins on the date of your initial appointment.

Guidance with Provider

Members will meet quarterly for two hours with Nurse Practitioner Dana Henry MSN, APRN, NP-C. Appointments can be done in person or virtually.

Nutritionist Consults

Biannual consultations with one of AVH’s registered dietitians. Appointments can be done in person or virtually.

Multi-Cancer Early Detection Test

A one-time Galleri blood test by GRAIL for early cancer detection is included with membership.

Accessing Results

Results can be easily accessed using the MyChart app and by documentation provided by your Longevity and Wellness program provider.
