• BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. No walk-ins, please.

• CREDIT, DEBIT AND HSA CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED, in addition to cash and checks! All payments are made at the event.
• RESULTS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE MYCHART PATIENT APP, AS WELL AS IN A PDF DOCUMENT. As soon as results are available in your MyChart patient app, they will be available to review with your physician. If you do not have the MyChart patient app, you may download your results as a PDF file to review with your physician; a hard copy will arrive soon after by US Mail.
