APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED: No walk-ins will be allowed.
BLOOD DRAWS ONLY: Additional screenings may be added as we get closer to event date.
MASK WEARING IS OPTIONAL: We respect individual choice for mask use. Please do not come to the Health Fair if you have any respiratory or COVID-like symptoms.
