Our Aspen Valley Health Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine team in Aspen, Snowmass and Basalt keeps you thriving in this beautiful place we call home.
Our services are designed to help you recover from injury, as well as support your long-term health and wellness goals. We offer one-on-one appointments with certified physical, occupational or speech therapists, as well as other specialists, to evaluate and create individualized treatment plans to meet your specific needs. All sessions are conducted by therapists, never assistants or aides, who are trained in evidence-based strategies for populations ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy at our convenient Aspen Valley Health location. In addition, physical therapy services are provided at our Snowmass Clinic and physical and occupational therapy in Basalt.
All therapy billing is accomplished through Aspen Valley Health, even if the service is provided at one of our off-campus locations. Our Network of Care is a Medicare/Medicaid provider and preferred provider for most area healthcare plans.

Aspen has long been a world-class destination for a diverse array of active lifestyles—from adventure seekers to ultra runners and multi-generational families exploring together. Aspen Valley Health’s rehabilitation services are tailored to meet the needs of patients who are eager to get back on the trail and into the mountains, in a way that maximizes personal enjoyment and rehabilitation objectives.
We believe in completely individualizing treatment — provided solely by licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists — ensuring your rehabilitation protocol is ideally suited to your physical and lifestyle needs. Additionally, we aim to maximize continuity of care by pairing patients with the same therapist throughout their recovery journey, implementing a progressive, goal-oriented approach to return you to your normal activities as soon as possible. We believe rehabilitation requires excellent rapport between patient, physician and therapist, which is why we work closely with you and your physician to develop a customized program that delivers long-term results.
