Our professional chefs and registered dietitians collaborate to bring you a variety of fresh flavors, using high-quality ingredients that are convenient and affordable. Whether you are an inpatient, outpatient or a patient visitor, we aim to complement your experience while here at Aspen Valley Health with great food.

Our cooked-from-scratch menu includes:

• Daily special with vegetarian and vegan options
• Soup and salad bar, with vegan options
• Sandwich of the day
• Fresh fruit and desserts
• Snacks, drinks and grab & go items are available throughout the day

Inpatient Dining

While staying with us, patients are welcome to call in customized food orders daily anytime between 7:00 am-6:30 pm. Our expanded inpatient menu includes a variety of entrees, soups, salads, snacks and smoothies as well as the daily special from the Castle Creek Café—delivered right to your room by our friendly staff.

Dining for Visitors of Patients and Outpatients

The Castle Creek Café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday-Friday, for our outpatients and those visiting patients.

Café Hours

Breakfast, 7:00-10:00 am

Lunch, 11:30 am-2:00 pm

Dinner, 5:00-7:00 pm

Please Note: Before 8:00 am, and after 5:30 pm, entry is limited to those visiting inpatients.
